When can I expect my pins each month?

Pins are shipped out on the 5th of each month.

When is my card charged for payment?

The first charge is made during the initial order placement. After this, recurring payments are made on the 1st of each month.

Is there a fee for shipping?

Yes. You'll be charged a small $3.99 shipping fee, which will be added to your monthly subscription.

Can I donate to the individual firehouses?

Yes! Inside your box is a QR code that will direct you to the firehouse page including a link to support the firehouse.

What happens if I order after the 5th of the month?

Up until the 20th of each month, you will receive the firehouse pins featured that month. Once the 20th passes, you will receive next month's featured firehouse pins.
